IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS FOR E-TENDERS
NOTICE:
This is to inform all the vendors/ Contractors/ Suppliers/ Bidders of CUGL to register on https://cugl.abcprocure.com. In near future CUGL would opt to float e-Tenders instead of offline traditional manual tendering process on https://cugl.abcprocure.com to facilitate our vendors/ contractors to submit tender response online from any corner of the world at ease. To know how to register and for more details of CUGL EPROC portal, please refer Bidder Manual uploaded on
https://cugl.abcprocure.com. Also note, it is mandatory to attach Class III (Signing & Encryption) DSC every time you log-in on portal. You all are requested to opt valid Class III DSC (Signing & Encryption) if you do not have one.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Class III DSC shall be in the name of registering party only. Registration / DSC will not be verified & approved, if there is DSC mismatch.
DSC mismatch should be considered in below cases:
- Bidder registered as individual (For e.g., Person Name: Sunil) and has attached Individual or Organization type DSC of Bharat.
- Bidder registered as Company - Be it Partnership Firm, Proprietorship Firm, Pvt. Ltd., Ltd, LLP etc. (For e.g., Company name L&T, Person Name: Sunil) and has attached individual type DSC of Sunil.
- Bidder registered as Company (For e.g., Company name IOCL, Person Name: Sunil) and has attached
Company type DSC of HPCL.
